Sales Engineers & Tele-marketing Executives
QSIT, the leader in Process Consulting & Training, invites young and dynamic individuals as Sales Engineers for Tools Automation Group.
The pre-requisites and responsibilities include:
- Ability to initiate, manage and close sales cycles and make executive-level Company/Product presentations
- Driving new license business with existing customers and new prospects
- Building and maintaining sales pipeline and updating activity in contact management system
- Identifying customer's technical problems and working closely to develop winning technical sales strategies
- Ability to gain access to decision-makers at client organizations
- Conducting meetings, presentations, product demos and evaluations
- Adding new opportunities every month to sales pipeline and moving pipeline opportunities to forecast each month
- Forecasting accurately on a monthly basis and close business on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Must conduct QSIT business professionally at all times
- Producing and delivering activity reports to the management on a timely basis
Candidates should have a BE with 2-4 years of experience in IT products/solution selling; a fire in the belly to excel; excellent communication and presentation skills, and sound knowledge of technology and platforms, O/S’s, RDBMS. A demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals within the commercial market, and knowledge and understanding of commercial market procurement practices are required. High integrity, humility and ability to manage cross-cultural issues are the pre-requisites. These assignments may demand extensive travel.
Remuneration package depends on experience and qualification, and it will not be a limiting factor for the right candidates.
Software Testing
In-depth industry experience in Software Testing on Real-time Systems, Embedded Systems, Web and Client-Server Applications, Testing, Interoperable Testing and Test Automation.
Certified Trainers on Software Testing Tools
Implementation and Teaching experience on tools from Mercury, Rational, Segue, Borland etc.
Project Management
Experience in Estimating, Implementing and Managing large software projects across different domains and geographies. PMP's with a passion and experience in teaching Project Management.
Faculty for Professional Certifications
Project Management Professional - PMP
Certified Function Point Specialist - CFPS
Software Process Improvement & Software Engineering and Management
Extensive experience in Implementation, Consulting and Training on CMM, CMMI, Metrics, Defect Prevention & Management, etc.
All assignments include Consulting, Training, R & D, Preparing White papers, Technical papers and Authoring books. These assignments may demand extensive travel across India and abroad. Remuneration package depends on experience and qualification. All other positions excluding Certified Professionals require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. High Integrity, Humility, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, Ability to Manage Cross-Cultural issues are pre-requisites.
