Jyoti has over 30 years of experience in companies like vMoksha, IBM Global Services, Birla Horizons International Ltd., Deutsche Software and TCS.
Jyoti has extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Banking software products and systems, including Core Banking System implementation. Prior to joining QSIT, Jyoti was Executive Vice President at vMoksha, and headed the Banking, Finance, Securities and Insurance (BFSI) vertical, and the Process Management and Improvement Group. He was also the Chief Security Officer of the Company.
At Deutsche Software, Jyoti was instrumental in creating and setting up the IT infrastructure for software services, building up the requisite organizational structure, and developing and motivating the team. Jyoti helped start the Company and set up the operations with a staff of 7. The company grew up to have staff strength of over 225 when he left in April 97.
He has spearheaded process improvement programs at organizations leading to ISO9001/CMMI Level 5 certification/assessment. Jyoti holds a B. Tech from IIT, Kanpur.
