About the Speaker

Dr. Bob Hoekstra is a physicist and has over 40 years experience in Research and Development and in business. He joined Philips Holland as a researcher and has since then worked in Europe, US and Taiwan before he was posted to Philips India. During his seven-year tenure as CEO of the Philips Innovation Campus, he not only grew the Philips Campus but also contributed to the development of the IT Industry in Bangalore. He helps Dutch companies leverage India to their advantage and also advises NGOs working at grass roots level. He has extensive business networks in Europe and India. (bob.hoekstra@palindrome.in)
