Hirdesh Singhal
Hirdesh has around 15 years of experience comprising of both industry as well as academic exposure.

He is a PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

He has been a Project Manager/Program Manager and managed two Thermal Power Projects successfully. Later, he shifted to academics and was a faculty member for Project Finance and Management for over 6 years. He has taught various management subjects to MBA students. Many of his case studies have been published in various international management journals. He has also been the Consulting Editor of a monthly digest on Project Management “Projects and Profits.”

He has also published and presented a number of papers in global conferences on Project Management. Hirdesh has been with Satyam for the last four years. He has been managing the Satyam Project Management Academy in Satyam Learning World for more than two years.

 

Ramagopal Madabhushi
Ram is a Subject Matter Expert for Program and Project Management in Satyam Computer Services. Ram has been with Satyam Computer Services since 2001 and with Satyam Learning World 2007 onwards. He brings a practitioner’s perspective and experience to Program Management and Project Management education. Ram has worked in the Oil & Gas Domain before shifting to IT.

He has over 10 years of delivery experience in IT and has performed in various roles like Technical Lead, Project Leader, Project Manager and Engagement Manager. He has managed multiple full life cycle development projects and programs on J2EE platform and operations & support projects in various technologies like J2EE, Data warehousing, EAI etc.

He is trained on CMMI and PCMM and has acted as assessment team member during CMMI assessment and PCMM assessment at Satyam. He is Six-Sigma Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained.
