Statistical Process Control
August 08 - 09, 2008 @ Bangalore, INDIA
”Quality is a function of loss. The better the quality, the lesser is the loss it causes to society” – G. Taguchi, a Japanese quality expert known for ‘robust design’ thus explained impact of poor quality. Competitiveness of organizations is largely linked with their ability to produce / deliver quality products and services economically. Quality is a key factor leading to growth, business success and improved competitive position.
Statistical Process Control (SPC), is a quality improvement tool, is a collection of problem-solving tools which are useful in achieving process stability and improve capability by reducing variation.
